Yangon- Putao –
Myitkyina –Machanbaw ( 08 days / 07 nights )
Day 01 : Arrive Yangon
Upon
arrival to Yangon International airport , welcome by our assistant
and transfer to your hotel for check in . After that , visit
downtown area to see Yangon City Hall of Myanmar architectural
design ,High Court noted for its British colonial architecture
including its clock tower and its red-bricked exterior and
Mahabandoola Park a public botanical area downtown Yangon . Then
visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda is famous for its huge image of
Reclining Buddha, built in 1966 replacing the old image built in
1907 and Botataung Pagoda is enshrined with the sacred hair of the
Lord Buddha. Early evening visit to famous Shwedagone Pagoda , the
massive bell-shaped golden spires plated with 60 tons of gold and
the tip of the stupa is set with diamonds , rupies, sapphires and
topaz .. Overnight at Hotel in Yangon . ( L / D )
Day 02: Yangon - Putao

Morning fly to Putao from Yangon. Arrive at Putao – north of
Myitkyina in Kachin State and not far from the Hkakabo Razi, the
highest mountain in South East Asia and transfer to Guest House.
Hill tribe people who come to sell goods at the market can be found.
Overnight at guest house in Putao. ( B / L /D )
Day
03: Putao Machanbaw Putao
After Breakfast, drive to Ma Chan Baw Village, 28 km to the east.
Arrive the Malika River and walk through the Malikha suspension
bridge. Enjoy the Kachin traditional costume at Gu Bar Yeik Thar.
Drive back to Putao and have a lunch. Excursion to Mulashidee
suspension bridge. Drive back to Guest House. Overnight in Putao. (

Day 04: Putao - Myitkyina
After Breakfast, visit to Mahamuni Pagoda and the monastery.
Transfer to the airport for flight to Myitkyina. Arrive at Myitkyina
- the capital of Kachin State, is situated in the north of Myanmar.
There, the green and lush forests and snow capped mountains are
highly attractive. It is the northern most railway terminal, 919
miles from Yangon and 487 miles from Mandalay. Overnight in
Myitkyina.

Day 05: Myitkyina - Indawgyi Lake
Breakfast at hotel and drive to Indawgyi lake – the largest natural
lake in Myanmar. It has an annual year round raining season with an
average 1440 mm rainfall. In summer, average temperature is 27.9 C
and in the cold season 17.2 C. Boat trip to Shwe Myinzu Pagoda, in
the middle of the lake and observe the amazing natural beauties of
its surrounding area. Overnight at the village. ( B/ L / D )
Day 06: Indawgyi Lake- Myitkyina
After breakfast, drive back to Myitkyina and transfer to Hotel. Visit the place
where the Ayeyarwaddy river orginates. Myitsone, the confluence of Meikha and
Malikha streams which forms the Ayeyarwaddy, is a must visit attraction. Drive
back to Myitkyina and overnight at hotel. ( B / L / D )
Day 07: Myitkyina -Mandalay
After breakfast, transfer to the Myitkyina airport for flight to Yangon . After
that bring you to Bogyoke market formerly "Scott market", where you can get a
wide range of Myanmar handicraft, jewelries, fabrics, lacquer wares and so on.
Then visit to China town market and a colorful Chinese temple. Overnight at
hotel.(B,L,D)
Day 08 : Yangon Departure
Morning after breakfast, transfer to international airport for departure.(B)
